Louise Rachael Mwape Miller
Level 3 Certified Expert by Experience (EbE) Peer Support Coach | Jemoza Wellbeing Academy
As a Christian, my approach is rooted in my strong faith, and I am able to offer guidance, encouragement and support aligned with Biblical principles for those who wish to incorporate this into their sessions. My support is grounded in my Level 3 Expert by Experience (EbE) qualification, alongside lived experience which extends across a range of complex and deeply personal life experiences, many of which are reflected in the areas shared above. I understand how it can feel to be supported by someone who may not fully relate to your experience. While therapy has supported me at times, there were moments I still felt alone in my vulnerability, which is why I now offer support grounded in lived experience, empathy, and understanding, whilst offering practical insight. Alongside this, I bring a diverse professional background, including qualifications in personal training, holistic and complementary therapies, and nutrition, as well as over 20 years of experience in administration and patient facing client care. My experience also includes working within the NHS at Associate Practitioner level, alongside running my own business, where I have provided bespoke, client-centred support tailored to individual needs. This combination of lived experience, professional training, and real-world client work allows me to support you in a way that is both compassionate and grounded. During our sessions, I use structured tools, guided reflections, and practical exercises to help you process your experiences and begin working towards your healing — together. This is not just a space to talk, but a space to gently explore, understand, and take meaningful steps forward at your own pace.
