7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. However, due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access provided to proprietary content, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. You were charged in error or made a duplicate payment; or
  2. You experience technical issues that prevent access to the course materials, and our support team cannot resolve them within 10 working days of being notified.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
